1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph711 ("the Company," "ph711," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the ph711 website located at ph711.cam, all associated subdomains, mobile applications, software, content, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the ph711 Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by ph711, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease access to the ph711 Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ph711's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the Platform.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ph711 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. ph711 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement in compliance with Philippine regulations governing online casino-style gaming.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction prior to registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of ph711, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the ph711 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion registry applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

ph711 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point during the player relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by ph711 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming on the ph711 Platform, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate throughout the duration of your account.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active ph711 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph711 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit all associated balances, void all pending bonuses, and report the conduct to relevant regulatory authorities.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph711 account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You agree to notify ph711's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. ph711 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials, including but not limited to losses resulting from unauthorized transactions made prior to notification.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ph711 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents including a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Account functionality may be restricted pending completion of KYC verification. ph711 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph711 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO InstaPay, BPI, Metrobank, QR Ph, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT Tether (cryptocurrency). ph711 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to players.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱20 for standard payment methods. Cryptocurrency USDT deposits are subject to minimum amounts denominated in USD equivalent as displayed at the time of deposit. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to change and the current minimums are displayed within the ph711 account dashboard.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are processed in real time and credited to the player's ph711 wallet immediately upon payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes during standard banking hours. ph711 does not guarantee specific processing times for third-party payment providers and shall not be liable for delays attributable to the payment provider's systems.

4.4 Own Funds Requirement

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your ph711 account are legitimately owned by you and are not proceeds of criminal activity. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be declined and may trigger a KYC review or account investigation.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the player's most recent deposit or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the player's name. ph711 processes standard withdrawals within twenty-four (24) hours of request. VIP Silver tier members and above are eligible for same-day withdrawal processing. USDT cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes at all times.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by player tier, payment method, and applicable regulatory requirements. Current withdrawal limits are displayed within the player's account dashboard. Players who wish to withdraw amounts exceeding standard limits should contact ph711 support to discuss available options based on their account tier and verification status.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. ph711 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive. Any bonus amounts subject to unmet wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will remain as bonus balance until wagering requirements are satisfied or the bonus expires.

5.4 Withdrawal to Own Account

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the ph711 player account. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will be declined. This policy is a compliance requirement and cannot be waived under any circumstances.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

ph711 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each individual promotion. These Terms establish general principles applicable to all bonuses, while individual promotion pages or communications will specify promotion-specific requirements.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus credits and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirement completion — game contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

Each ph711 player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless otherwise specified. ph711 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to hedging bets, creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or coordinated play patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in account suspension.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated within the period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Activated bonuses must have their wagering requirements completed within the rollover period specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ph711 Platform are governed by individual game rules provided by ph711's certified game providers, including but not limited to JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Evolution Gaming. In the event of any inconsistency between general ph711 Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

ph711 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games, and all live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in studio environments subject to independent auditing. The outcome of all games is determined by certified fair-play systems and is not subject to manipulation by ph711 or any third party.

In the event of a technical failure, malfunction, or interruption during a game round, ph711 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. ph711's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to applicable regulatory oversight.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph711 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Depositing funds that are proceeds of illegal activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical aids to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or ph711 staff to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors to gain advantage, and failing to report discovered errors to ph711 immediately;
• Attempting to abuse bonus or promotional structures through systematic exploitation strategies;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law.

ph711 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited activity and, upon finding evidence of a violation, to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit all balances, void all pending withdrawals, and report the conduct to relevant authorities as required by law.

9 Responsible Gaming

ph711 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that enable players to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ph711 members through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based alerts that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying current session duration and net win/loss position.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours to 6 months during which their account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph711 Platform, including but not limited to the ph711 name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, software, text, game content, and all other materials, are the proprietary intellectual property of ph711 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph711 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any ph711 content without the prior written consent of ph711.

Any unauthorized use of ph711's intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph711 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures, even if ph711 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph711's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to ph711 in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph711 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph711 is not liable for any losses arising from network outages, internet service provider failures, or technical malfunctions beyond ph711's reasonable control.

12 Amendments to Terms

ph711 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification with reasonable advance notice prior to the effective date of the changes, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at ph711.cam/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the ph711 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure through ph711's support team.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law and the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") with respect to online gaming activities conducted in or directed at the Philippine market.

Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through ph711's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies having authority over the matter in accordance with applicable Philippine law and regulatory procedures.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where the circumstances so require.
